Knife Skills 101
Minimize waste, save time, prevent accidents and feel confident using your knives once you’ve honed your skills under the direction of our experienced instructors. Master proper chef knife techniques for chopping, mincing, slicing, dicing, julienning and cutting into chiffonade. At the end of class, your instructor will prepare a delicious dish utilizing the product of your knife work.

Join our chef as he teaches you how to make authentic sushi. Learn to pick the ingredients, make the rice and assemble and roll a variety of fresh sushi.

Bring a date and discover a world that is renowned for its rustic yet refined cuisine, incorporating simple ingredients that produce incredible, authentic flavors. Savor the abundant flavors and create a sumptuous Italian menu. Our instructor will teach you the techniques behind these satisfying recipes and relay a few tips on how to make preparation a breeze. Menu includes tomato bruschetta, pasta bolognese, Italian salad, and chocolate mousse.

Ever wonder how to mince celery or how to cut your meat or what herbs and spices go best with your chicken or soup? Learn the uses of herbs and spices, special knife cuts for vegetables and meats and the must have tools for your kitchen.

Just because you have a gluten intolerance doesn’t mean you can’t indulge! Bake gluten free breads, pizza dough’s and cupcakes using alternative flours such as rice, soy, and almond. Learn how to make gluten free dough’s rise and what flours to use in which recipes.

Date Night – Dim Sum
To touch the heart is the English translation of the Chinese phrase Dim Sum and that is exactly what these tasty little treasures do! Dim Sum are tiny finger foods served traditionally with tea or for breakfast and lunch in China. Bring a date and join us for this unique cooking class and master the art of Dim Sum. Menu will include dim sum dumplings, vegetable spring rolls, and turnip cakes.

You’ll go home with a full stomach and the recipes to recreate these dishes at home.

Originating from Italy, pizzas have become a favorite among Americans.  Everyone knows a good pizza starts with the right dough and sauce.  Learn how to make the perfect pizza dough and sauces to accompany an array of toppings that will have your taste buds dancing with delight! Menu will include homemade pizza dough, marinara pizza sauce, a mushroom and prosciutto pizza and an alfredo chicken pizza.
